About Alexander Taurozzi 

Alexander Taurozzi is a Toronto-based filmmaker and narrative designer. Alexander approaches the unfamiliar to build new projects. Science fiction and fantasy worlds, queer country artists, and ethical nature photographers are a few of his favourite subjects.

His work spans journalism, films, story editing, and narrative design. Alexander produced Ex-Factor (Toronto Short Film Festival, 2026) and Scarberia (YES-Funded Grant). His writing has appeared in Maisonneuve, Montreal Review of Books, Rainbow Rodeo, among others. He was a top 3 finalist in the Toronto Film Plug’s Pitch Competition 3.0.

Alexander has a post-grad diploma in Screenwriting and Narrative Design from George Brown College and a Producer Certificate from Web Series’ Canada FuturesForward program.

Alexander is available for writing, narrative design, story editing, and production work.
